I've thought for awhile that if Baalke stayed then Bevell would stay. I don't really have anything against Bevell, I just think the Jags could do so much better and when you add Baalke into the mix, yep. Disaster.

Let's all hope it goes the other way.

A big part of that was related to the talent level and the interference of Urbz. I'm not saying he's a great coach or one we should hope for but he's better than what we saw. Plus Schotty would presumably be his OC. I heard Cullen was interviewing though so that would suck to lose him in that scenario.

The whole situation sucks. As long as Baalke is around, we're going to struggle putting a first class staff together.

But under Meyer's thumb for the most part. If he's fully in charge, things will open up as they did in Seattle and Detroit.
