We've got a long way to go. I have faith in what they're building and the overall vision, but this team is far too young at the moment; going to be a lot of growing pains this season.

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense! 
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!

6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Seems no matter how many #1 draft picks, no matter how much money we spend in free agency, no matter who the coaches are, this team stinks year after year.

There is time to turn this around but the offense has to do something here. Traditionally we go 3 and out here or turn the ball over. Let's see if there is change.

We miss vets that know how to win in this league. Guys to show the young players the way. We just have a roster of young kids just trying to learn.

Just look at the impact Calais had when he was here.
