Good pick up for Henderson. If Etienne is out, we basically only have McHasty. Snoop has no vision. Runs into the lineman's back. Henderson drops Snoop back to 3rd string.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

He's just a scat back, we only had 38 yards on the ground yesterday. I know the Ravens are really good up front, but we need the running game to keep the linebackers honest or TLaw is going to have issues against the tinhorns and tacks.

Just heard an interview with Mojo.

He was talking about when he first signed his 2nd Contract with the Jaguars for Big Money.  That happened right before the up-coming draft for that year.

Then, Jaguars drafted Rashad Jennings that very year MoJo got his bag.

Mojo talked about how damn pissed he was that the franchise just wasted a high draft pick on a RB.  He then explained how that pushed him more to shove it down the face of the Front Office that they wasted a pick on Rashad.

Competition.  Pressure.  Coaching.  Development.  It's all important.  

Never stop upgrading.  That's a philosophy that this organization may finally figure out, now that we have a real NFL Head Coach. Pressure makes diamonds or reveals cracks. Competition hones the edge or breaks the blade.
