Probably.  Spray painting a monument is a crime, and it should be charged if they know who did it, but it's not a deporting crime, I don't think.

The Israeli settlers, the hard right wingers, the worst of them, they say the Palestinians should all be forced to flee to Jordan or die. That's bad. But Hamas, they say all Jews should die. No "or". Just die. So that's worse. Not hard to choose sides on this one.
