Exactly. Big picture we are a big step forward with a ways to go. It's a work in progress but back to back playoff years, however ugly it may be to get in, would be a big achievement for the first 2 years of Doug.

Can we agree that this team has severely regressed from the point at which we were 8-3?

Can we agree that Trevor has also regressed for reasons both in his, and out of his, control?

Yes, the grand scheme of things us going to back to back playoffs is an achievement - but for it all  to unravel the way it has is a justifiable cause of concern for any Jaguar fan.

That Cincy game was absolutely brutal to that tragectory.... Kirk, Zay, Little got hurt, Cisco, Herndon, Trevor, etc.... and they clearly have not gotten healthy yet. Kirk and Zay missing is brutal. Cam is obviously better than most fans want to claim. Defensive players still dealing with I juries from that game.

Did CJ Bethard complete both passes? When a TE fumbles that's on the TE. Now when a QB fumbles and throws 2 picks whos that on? Oh must be on the TE again my mistake.

Pick a top 10 QB not named Hurts. Mahomes has a mid line and no WRs... Allen's O line is not super great either, nor* is Burrow's. When Manning went out before drafting luck a 10+ win team got the 1st overall pick. Truly elite QBs lift teams, average/bad ones need all the help to do well. Trevor is likely starter QB material in the NFL,  but he''s not top 10, hes not elite. He's the guy who gets you 7-9 wins a year. He's an average QB that you try to replace each year.
