All this info has been out there for more than 3 years. The rumor that Trump has the binder is new. There has been speculation that Trump has it and will share it when he chooses, but it hasn't been reported on MSM. Because he will ignore Congress, issue illegal orders, try to make himself dictator, and create disorder and confusion if not insubordination and insurrection at every level?
