They definitely were a poorly run company that hurt their franchises. Not only from a supplier and cost standpoint but they went woke and that cost them customers, employees, and security. The shrimp deal was fine for a while until people who openly steal knew nothing would be done about it. The staff weren't allowed to stop it and people were feeding their family on one order, taking it to go in bags, etc. This class of people also don't know how to behave in public, so the regular customers who pay for the food they eat stopped coming.
