The actual identity of the organizers of those events is irrelevant.  The point is that any rally/protest may be formed with only the best intentions, only to have the event erupt into violence through the actions of others.  Does that automatically make the original organizer culpable or part of a conspiracy?  That's the standard you're holding Trump to.

They all will eventually be gone. The conviction will be expunged eventually as first it was a misdemeanor not a felony. The "logic" used by the prosecutor to raise it was flawed. The statue of limitations is 2 years. Since this occurred in 2016 it has been more than that. The judge should have sequestered himself as he was comprised. It goes on and on.
