I think that caving to the union was one of Boeing's biggest mistakes that is leading the downfall.

You hear liberals always whining about "corporate greed" but in this case it sure looks like it's the union members who are being greedy.

They are rejecting a 25% raise along with a $3000.00 bonus and instead are demanding a 40% raise.  In all my years of working I think the biggest raise that I got was maybe 5%.

This guy races across the street and attacks a demonstrator and is then shot by the person he attacked. Then the person who is attacked is charged. This is Boston, though.

Thankfully, a Go Fund Me page has been set up for his defense and as of a few minutes ago it was over $116K.

In a city like Boston would this not be expected?  With that said, I would need to see the entire sequence of events up to when the trigger was pulled before I could make a judgement.  Seeing what was shown the amount of people around the attacker should have been able to pull this guy off.  I am not sure shooting the knucklehead was necessary, but in a hard blue city such as Boston the progressive machine would definitely go after the guy defending himself no questions asked.

If someone lays hands on you in an aggressive manner, I would argue you have no idea what the extent of their intentions are and should have the right to use deadly force to defend yourself.  Context matters obviously.  Getting forcibly removed from an establishment shouldn’t grant you the right to kill the bouncer defending yourself for instance.

Anyway here’s the video of this particular event.  It’s cropped to show the moment he charged and I’d prefer to see the entire thing, but I’m not sure there’s any justification for the attacker to have done what he did and slamming the guy to the concrete you never know had he hit his head hard enough what the outcome might have been so I have 0 sympathy for the attacker who got shot here based on the available info and charges being brought against the guy who was defending himself and shot him should be dropped in my opinion.  We’ll see how likely that iis in Boston.  The woman’s voice is both nails on a chalkboard irritating and hilarious at the same time. Maybe that's what made him charge.

He must be from Israel to be that comfortable using a disproportionate amount of force.

I'm kidding. I have no dog in this fight. People have the right to defend themselves.

We agree.  If the anti-semite had not charged then none of this would have happened, and in a deep blue city like Boston he felt entitled.  It was a peaceful display until he chose to interject himself into the display of support for Israel.  My question is with the amount of people there pulling the anti-semite off I question the need to shoot him with the video provided.

Boeing is a case of the C-suite destroying the company. I wouldn't put this on the union. The union employees are costly because of all the safety requirements. Boeing started outsourcing and bringing H1-Bs to replace their costly US software employees. That failed miserably. Then they moved on to DEI and lesser qualified people. That is failing now.

So I doubt there is any trust from the union members and they are going to make sure they protect themselves if the leadership is going to crash the ship. The members are also probably older, so there isn't a need to look to far into the future.

What do we make of Joe carrying a Trump hat up the steps to AF1?

It’s bizarre. If Joe had all of his faculties I’d say he was trying to send a message. I’m surprised his handlers allowed it.

But on 2nd thought, Jill probably put it into his hand.

I seriously doubt that's a Trump hat.

It doesn't matter if it has a Trump or MAGA logo, the red hat visualization cue has been established. Plus, I like the idea of Jill having Joe carry one aboard AF1. It's hilarious.

On the day he was given a maga hat and had a picture taken with it on, he walks on board AF1 holding a red hat, it doesn’t matter if it’s a roll tide hat the optics are already set that red = maga hat.

Sure, and I'd personally entertain the idea that it's intentional to carry a red hat as an FU to the establishment that threw him out, but that's entirely speculative. I just want to state what will most likely become clear at some point. It's probably not a maga hat, and the left will justify why he carried it.
