Republicans were in charge in AZ at the time.
The NC situation, if there's proof that a dead person actually voted, that's criminal fraud.  Just having the name of a dead guy on the rolls is only evidence of a lazy clerk.

JD Vance went out there and said he supports letting Russia keep the land they're occupying and making Ukraine promise to stay out of the EU and NATO.
That's everything Russia wants. The only concession he suggests for Russia is that a small sliver of the occupied territory becomes a DMZ.
For their part, Harris and Biden have always insisted that Ukraine must get all of its 2014 territory back, including Crimea, and be allowed to join the EU if they want. NATO isn't on the table because you can't have a NATO country leasing out its land for Russia's largest navy base. This is also a preposterous position.
Unless the Russian army has mass desertions or a revolution, Russia is going to be able to hold the territory they've gained. Ukraine trying to get it back is only going to prolong matters. The Biden-Harris goal is dangerous. So I agree more with Vance and Putin on that point. However, with Crimea gone, and with a defensible border established, Ukraine should be allowed to join NATO.
Russia's aggression must be punished and expanding NATO is the perfect punishment.

The whole reason Putin continues to push back though is because of NATO. Because of the continued western expansion into the eastern territories. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation to be in. 

I don't see him going for that. I think Russia should be made to give Ukraine Crimea back and they should have Ukraine join the EU. The concession from that point forward should be our gracious efforts in not kicking their teeth in to begin with and not pushing further NATO involvement for Ukraine. 

Russia's punishment will be received in due time. Once a regime comes along here and decides to [BLEEP] something up in Africa that they've been working on for a few years relationship wise and funding wise. Just like the pipeline incident that we had nothing to do with.

I think before we leave this Earth, probably right after Putin dies, Kaliningrad will be independent of the rest of Russia. That's another punishment. 

With Sweden and Finland now in NATO, Kaliningrad becomes totally isolated from Russia the minute any conflict between NATO and Russia starts. It is no longer useful to them and they will abandon it eventually. 

This is why they are trying so hard to weaken NATO and get the US to reduce its level of commitment to NATO.  Putin believes he has a better chance of getting the US to leave NATO than he does getting NATO to leave Sweden and Finland.  We should be insulted that he thinks so little of us.

I don't think he thinks little of the US at all. If he did, he would have already pummeled Ukraine and been finished with it. There's a distinct degree of respect amongst both nations. Whether we like each other or not, we both have had our hands in a fair amount of dirty work politically, militarily and historically. 

I think he's being genuine when he says he doesn't want anymore NATO encroachment or military bandwidth being expanded from the west into territories near the east. It's not because he thinks little of the US. It's because he fears us and he knows better. 

The media tries to fear monger the west a lot with this "poking of the Bear" narrative. From the majority of the speeches I have seen him give at national meetings and his own meetings in Russia, mostly through RT and other platforms, he's more diplomatic and less devilish than people try to paint him out to be.

Trump's a direct symptom of people being fed up with the RINO's on the right and the recent Warhawk's on the left. A Great Reformation Party is overdue in our country. I hope I live long enough to see it. The "Great Shake Up".

That's part of the problem with uncontrolled immigration or just mass migration in general.  If you don't control the stream and vet those coming in, you put the home culture and values at significant risk.  Proper immigration policy should be to have a manageable stream of quality immigrants (producers with no criminal background) become citizens and assimilate to the new home culture/country.  That doesn't mean shedding all your previous country's customs necessarily.  We are a melting pot after all, but if you don't share the values of the bill of rights and our constitution at a bare minimum and a desire to hold your new home country above your prior one, you have no business becoming a citizen here and it begs the question why are you even coming here?  I'm not suggesting that you can know what's in someone's heart and mind that's attempting to immigrate here, but that's just another reason in the long list of reasons why the stream has to be countable and controlled.  Even immigrants that don't fall into that bare minimum requirement argument I've made will have a hard time keeping their kids and their kids' kids that are born and raised here from eventually meeting that requirement.  

That dynamic changes with the hyperbolic example of allowing 350 million Chinese communists for example to immigrate here in a short period of time.  The country we know would cease to exist.  This example is made purely to show that there are clearly ways to destroy a country/culture through its lax immigration policies.  It would take a lot less than 350 million of an ethnic, political or ethnopolitical group to fundamentally change the direction of our country and change the culture and beliefs.  It's a lot easier for foreign nationals to keep their kids and their kids' kids from meeting my requirement when theirs is made a significant enough or even the dominant culture here in short order. No need for immigrants to assimilate in that scenario.  It would be the natural born citizens having to do the assimilating.  

Fundamental change of the country is part of the Democratic platform as has been espoused.  It's no wonder they have no interest in securing the border or securing our elections.  I fear the damage done may already be significant enough to prevent what you hope for.  We essentially have the left hand trying to affix a noose around the neck of its own body with the right hand trying to stop it from succeeding.
