Well to compete in the 2028 Olympics she has to submit to the test and pass it otherwise she cannot compete.

The boxing rules are still in flux as multiple originations are competing to make those rules.
But for track and field, someone like Khelif (assuming Khelif is indeed intersex) could qualify as a woman after a certain period of hormone treatment.  After those treatments, their blood work should be solidly in the female range.

California High School sports are landing on a compromise for this.  If they have an intersex or trans competitor, they are allowing them to compete in sort of a second category.  They can get a gold medal if their time or distance is the best, but, the best time or distance from biological females also gets a gold medal.  That way the biological girls all get the same medals, as if the trans person was never there.

But that wouldn't really work for contact sports.  Intersex people should really only ever compete with other intersex people in contact sports.

Then an article pops up from the Hindustan Times which explains the events leading up to his murder in detail, including that he had a husband and the claim that they were threatened and harassed many times by locals. None of this is being reported by the U.S. media.

What? A gay celebrity is murdered by a supposed homophobe and the U.S. media doesn’t turn this into a narrative to counter the albatross of antisemitism hanging around the neck of the left?

New... I can confirm that the FBI arrested a Chinese national within the United States who allegedly smuggled a dangerous biological pathogen into the country.

The individual, Yunqing Jian, is alleged to have smuggled a dangerous fungus called "Fusarium graminearum," which is an agroterrorism agent, into the U.S. to research at the University of Michigan, where she works.

Jian’s boyfriend, Zunyong Liu — also charged in the complaint — works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen. Liu is alleged to have first lied, then admitted, to also smuggling Fusarium graminearum into America—through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport—so that he too could conduct research the University of Michigan.

Both individuals have been charged with conspiracy, smuggling goods into the United States, false statements, and visa fraud.

This case is a sobering reminder that the CCP is working around the clock to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate American institutions and target our food supply, which would have grave consequences... putting American lives and our economy at serious risk.
