Also, as far as the "compromise" in California. I would agree the trans could compete against the MEN not the women and be given award based on their finish there. Of course they may not be the first to cross the line.....maybe that at the end of the day is their issue...

I agree that being previously male, especially during and after puberty, confers advantages that don't go away after hormone treatment, however, if it's not a contact sport, and they're not taking away anyone's medal, who cares? Who is harmed? No one wants to allow puberty blockers or hormone treatments before age 18 either, so they are forced to go through that male puberty whether they want to or not, then you refuse to allow participation with women after completing hormone treatment. So they have no option at all to deal with a condition that most of them did not chose. It comes across as mean spirited and seems to have nothing to do with women's rights or the integrity of the sport. If you just don't like intersex people, that's fine, but it's your problem, not theirs.

You use this statement anytime someone pushes back. The bold is your attempt to put words in my mouth. Please resist that as it is incorrect and your issue. (unless you just prefer to lie about people) Next the person involved as well as the Chinese competitor were disqualified recently. From the article... "Based on DNA tests, we identified a number of athletes who tried to trick their colleagues into posing as women. According to the results of the tests, it was proved that they have XY chromosomes. Such athletes were excluded from competition," Kremlev said. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/gender-co...ical-tests This test is also going to be used in the 2028 Olympics here. Additionally our state department will not allow passports that do not match the sex of the individual. These will not be allowed in the country. Bottom line if they are trans or have male chromosomes they compete in the male category not the female. If they want to give the highest finishing person like this a medal fine with me. This has everything to do with women's rights and integrity of the sports.

Latest FBI Revelations Show The Mueller Special Counsel Was A Cover-Up, And Much More
The FBI’s electronic case management system, Sentinel, allows agents to hide the existence of relevant investigative reports from other authorized users of the federal database. And during the Russia collusion hoax, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team used that functionality to keep potentially relevant documents hidden from other FBI agents investigating whether a Fusion GPS contractor lied to Congress. The significance of these two facts cannot be overstated: Now in question is whether the federal government complies with the constitutional mandate in criminal cases to provide defendants all material exculpatory and impeachment evidence as well as its discovery obligations in civil litigation; whether Special Counsel Durham’s office, the inspector general, and agents investigating the members of the Crossfire Hurricane team had access to all relevant information; whether the DOJ and FBI provided congressional oversight committees with requested (or subpoenaed) documents; and whether FOIA responses included all relevant documents to the press and public. https://thefederalist.com/2025/06/02/lat...Zg9Dxics9w ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. This is really odd. I’ve been reading in various news sites today about the murder of actor Jonathan Joss, but details have been sketchy. Then an article pops up from the Hindustan Times which explains the events leading up to his murder in detail, including that he had a husband and the claim that they were threatened and harassed many times by locals. None of this is being reported by the U.S. media.
What? A gay celebrity is murdered by a supposed homophobe and the U.S. media doesn’t turn this into a narrative to counter the albatross of antisemitism hanging around the neck of the left? This is all very strange. Or maybe the Hindustan Times is fabricating this story. https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-new...50879.html (06-02-2025, 07:29 PM)homebiscuit Wrote: This is really odd. New... I can confirm that the FBI arrested a Chinese national within the United States who allegedly smuggled a dangerous biological pathogen into the country. The individual, Yunqing Jian, is alleged to have smuggled a dangerous fungus called "Fusarium graminearum," which is an agroterrorism agent, into the U.S. to research at the University of Michigan, where she works. This fungus can cause a disease called "head blight," a disease of wheat, barley, maize, and rice, causing significant health issues in both humans and livestock. It is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year. Evidence also indicates Jian had expressed loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party and had received funding from the Chinese government for similar work on this pathogen in China. Jian’s boyfriend, Zunyong Liu — also charged in the complaint — works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen. Liu is alleged to have first lied, then admitted, to also smuggling Fusarium graminearum into America—through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport—so that he too could conduct research the University of Michigan. Both individuals have been charged with conspiracy, smuggling goods into the United States, false statements, and visa fraud. This case is a sobering reminder that the CCP is working around the clock to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate American institutions and target our food supply, which would have grave consequences... putting American lives and our economy at serious risk. Your FBI will continue working tirelessly to be on guard against it. Our @FBIDetroit team did excellent work in this case partnering with @CBP. Justice will be done.
Instead of at least TRYING to offer solutions, The Cult of the Jackass keeps pulling petty stunts like this..........
DNC taco truck stunt trolling Trump backfires on social media with Vance, GOP: 'Can't fix stupid' Democrats have been pushing the acronym 'TACO' in an effort to troll Trump on tariffs The Democratic National Committee (DNC) parked a custom-wrapped food truck in front of the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, D.C., in an effort to troll President Trump over his tariff policies. The stunt received widespread mockery from conservatives. The DNC used the acronym TACO for "Trump Always Chickens Out" to provoke Trump's ire. The phrase was coined by Wall Street analysts when referring to Trump's tariff policies, suggesting Trump will walk back the steep reciprocal tariffs he announced in April. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dnc-tac...-vance-gop ![]() (06-02-2025, 01:38 PM)mikesez Wrote:(06-02-2025, 12:51 PM)Jag149 Wrote: The bold I am assuming is an opinion. Do you think the physical advantages of male development just disappear in non-contact sports? Here's a stat that might help you understand, the women's mile run world record is 4 minutes, 7.64 sec., set in 2023. Meanwhile, the 4-minute mark has been broken 22 times in the last ten years by high school males alone. Who is harmed? How about every female who finishes behind the biological male, regardless of medal status. What about those who were beat out in the qualifying event and never got the chance to compete, or didn't make the roster in team sports?
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.
This seems like an act of treason to me...... Launching a drone attack from a property next to a military base would not be a problem.......
Dem governor ripped as 'total disgrace' after vetoing bill limiting Chinese land ownership near military bases Gov Katie Hobbs, D-Ariz., called the vetoed bill 'ineffective' and said it could lead to 'arbitrary enforcement' of land-purchase restrictions Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, who is up for reelection next year, garnered backlash Tuesday after vetoing a bill aimed at preventing China from buying up land next to strategic assets, such as military bases. Arizona state Senate Majority Leader Janae Shamp said the "politically motivated veto" was "utterly insane," blaming Hobbs for being "an obstructionist against safeguarding our citizens from threats." However, Hobbs said the bill, S.B. 1109, was "ineffective at counter-espionage" and did not "directly protect" American military assets in the state. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dem-gov...tary-bases ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. No reason for them to cross the line ahead of a female in their race.

Karine Jean-Pierre switches affiliation to independent, releasing new book about 'broken' Biden White House Jean-Pierre no longer a Democrat Former Biden White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre revealed Wednesday she was registering as an independent and announced a forthcoming book about her time in the tumultuous administration. Jean-Pierre, a longtime Democratic Party operative, is urging Americans to step outside harsh party lines in her new book, "Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines," according to the book's description. The description also says the former Biden press secretary didn't come to the decision about leaving the party lightly. "Until January 20, I was responsible for speaking on behalf of the President of the United States," she said in a statement, according to the AP. "At noon on that day, I became a private citizen who, like all Americans and many of our allies around the world, had to contend with what was to come next for our country. I determined that the danger we face as a country requires freeing ourselves of boxes. We need to be willing to exercise the ability to think creatively and plan strategically." https://www.foxnews.com/media/karine-jea...hite-house ![]()
