I have been a Jaguar fan ever since i can really remember caring about football and i have never even been to Jacksonville. But i hope because i support the team with shirt/jersey/hat and website hits that i still count as a fan. I have always wanted to fly to Jacksonville to see a game live but things always come up and lack of money to do it hurts.
I live in California and people always ask me why in the world am I a Jaguar fan and i tell them my Grandma lived in Florida before she passed away so i had family in the area and I watch the Jags come into the league in 95 on TV with her even tho she was a Dolphins fan. I loved the kitty cat and the teal color. So i decided i was a Jaguar fan at that point in my life instead of my family being Dolphin and 9er fans. Might not be the reason others are fans but it means something to me and i love this team and will always support them. I do remember being very scared when Jordan Rodgers signed with us because he is a hometown boy so just like the Packers i was expecting to see more Jaguar stuff pop up out of the blue, I was happy that didnt happen. Everyone here knows me as the Jags guy(yeah live in a small area for sure) Plus i have a Giant Jags sticker on the back of my car. Anyways ill end my random post with Go Jags! No matter what happens! Quote:Or at least be as enthusiastic about the team as you are now? So, because I'm from Michigan I'm just a Jaguar "fan" and not a Jaguar fan? What does that even mean?

Oddly enough I was a huge 49ers fan as a kid and after they won the Super Bowl in 1994 I wasn't as enthused about being a fan. The following year the Jaguars came into the league and I jumped ship. I was spoiled as a niners fan and didn't realize the struggles to get a championship. If the Jaguars won the Super Bowl and were an elite team for years and years I would not make the same mistake.
No pain, no gain.

Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

Well one thing I could see very easily happening is that if the Jags win the big one and have a few seasons in contention along the way, a huge contingent of fans will be screaming for Bradley to be fired the day after his next 8-8 season.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.
