***Official Jaguars @ Bears Thursday Night Football Preseason Game Thread***

Quote:Bortles yards per pass = 16. Henne = 9.5 and it may not seem like much but it makes a difference.

Is that including the last pass of the half? I would throw that one out

Better start for the offense in this game. Bears would have zero points if not for a couple mistakes. Bortles still looks good.

Why?

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

D-Rob got a little action in the second quarter while Storm hasn't been in yet on offense.

Kinda like throwing a 30 yarder when D is in a 50 yard prevent D.  He was open by 10 yards all around.

Or in simpler terms that was a throw Gabbert would hit 8 out of 10 times.

When is the last time that happened?

Good for the Browns and their fans.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

it was on his first drive.

Would you also throw it out if it ended up being an 80 yd TD pass??

If no, then why not?

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

We make routine running plays look like rocket science to execute.

No pain, no gain.

Is Ziggy Hood on the bubble? I have yet to see anything of substance from him. I had high hopes for the guy, but those hopes are starting to fade.

Gabbert sucked because he sucked . . . not because he started too quickly.

Just start Bortles already

Are Scobees 40 yarders still good for a firehouse subs? Two so far.

8 out of 10 is being generous, i'm not confident Gabbert could hit 8 out of 10 2 yard screens with no defenders on the field.
