Agreed.

At the beginning of that last drive, the Detroit D were licking their chops to get at the rookie. After a few passes.....they stopped blitzing.

In other news, MJD 3 carries 45 yards and a TD lol. Not relevant at all but I'm bored, halftime sucks.

I almost agree....

If they will not curtail his downfield (aggressive) nature then I'd be for it.

My concern is they'd try to neuter him if the INT's start piling up.

The Colts never did that. They let Peyton be Peyton. Same with Luck.

The worst thing you can do to a QB is turn him into a game manager thats afraid to go downfield and make risky throws.

Yeah at least until Henne gets crushed behind our line.

No pain, no gain.

Quote:How? I was listening to the game on my way home from work.

On their website.  You can listen locally, but for out-of-towers, there is no way we can legally watch or listen to the game right now...

they just showed some of those calvin johnson highlights when he torched the cowboys. the guy is just a freakshow. bigger faster and stronger than every DB on the field.

somewhat of a special thing, watching probably the most phyisically gifted wide receiver to ever play.

I've actually seen a lot of this game tonight on the NFL Network. They are almost treating the games tonight like the Redzone channel and showing all the big plays.
