Quote:How does an arm concussion or ankle concussion happen?   I'm dumb when it comes to this stuff

I would know how an arm concussion happens if CBS replayed the Poz injury, but for some reason they did not.

If there is such a thing as an ankle concussion, I don't know anything about it.

The word is "Contusion", not "concussion."

You can't with that one, it isn't even fun to string it out any more. The posts are just so blatantly absurd they are either intentional or we're abusing the handicapped.

I know. I never understood where anyone got "arm concussion" from.

BTW the correct term for your other comment is bullying, not abusing.

Quote:That comment makes no sense. He has been playing with the injuiry since the first half of the Eagles game, but was never the best running back on the team. So there is no reason to say Toby Gerhart would have played through the injury earlier in the season because he actually did. Storm Johnson was also battling an ankle injury then, so Denard Robinson would have started if Gerhart was held out of the Redskins, Colts, and Chargers games.

I know Johnson is hurt again, but he was healthy all last week and able to show the coaches he is too low on the depth chart. Now it is clear who deserves to start against the Titans, but if Gerhart had not aggravated his ankle injury on Wednesday, he would still be active as a situational or backup runner.

Ok, yes, I should have said "I think he played through it earlier in the season".

I think at that point they believed he was a vital part of the team. I'm not sure they think that way now.

I think now we know Storm Johnson is the guy who deserves to start, but they are still unsure about where to put Toby Gerhart on the depth chart because he missed two practices.

Toby will be here for the rest of the season.

If he doesn't perform much better than he has so far this season when he does get back in there, I think we all know that he won't be here next year.

I have to believe that Toby knows this also.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Given this group's proclivities, how much you want to bet that if Storm and DRob take off big time this week Toby goes on Injured Reserve? Seems to be a tool they use all the time. Generally not with a big buck player, admittedly, but it would clear a roster spot...

Now all we need to do is put one of those sweet Prosinski settlement packages together.

Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.

I think it can be good for Toby and the Jags for him to go to the back of the RB line.  Let him rest, heal, and refocus, then maybe he can make the most of his opportunities.
