Poz was a beast today. He really took one for the team. He reminds me of the football player of yesterday who would break his arm making a tackle, rub some dirt on it in the huddle, and make another tackle on the next play.

He is the best MILB the Jaguars have ever had, and he doesnt get enough respect on this message board in my opinion!

Thats what I'm thinking/ hoping. 

 

Really sucks for Branch though. He was a big part of the defense.

Branch may have torn that thing. the way he was down there looking and the way the teammates were around him made it look bad

 

What bothered me was how he hopped after the play. It is common for teammates to surround an injured player who is down, but I had never seen a player favor his groin the way he did.

 

The only good thing is our defensive line kept doing its job after Branch went out, so we know his replacement will be OK against the Dolphins if he can't play.

Isn't he an outside linebacker? Last month he and Dekoda Watson played the same position.

 

Now it seems like Reynolds is a special teamer because I have not seen #56 much on defense.

Yeah thats right, Nice boneheaded decision that was to play Branch yesterday when he was still hurt. Now he's gone for most of the season.

Telvin Smith earned a starting job, so we don't need J.T. Thomas on the outside anyway. But an injured Poz is better than a healthy backup.
