I have never seen a defense have so much trouble with something as simple as tackling as I have the Jags. This has been a problem for how long now?

So Romo obviously can't drive the ball and the defense is having trouble stopping the run. Why are the Jaguars not stacking the line like crazy? Has Romo completed a pass more than a few yards down the field? The Jaguars need to defend the cowboys the way the cowboys are defending the Jaguars.
