Cowboys don't go into the half content to be up, but we don't consider going for it on 4th and 3...We have no killer instinct. The coaches have instilled an environment where it's ok to lose.

If Gus went for it on 4th and 3 on our own 30 with 30 seconds left he deserved to be fired. That call wasn't the issue.
