The rookies dont seem to improved at all. We're 13 games into the season. Bortles has gone massively backwards. His decision making and accuracy is absolutely shocking.

 

Playcalling is terrible, special teams is terrible, pass coverage is terrible

 

When are they going to improve? I dont think Bortles is the answer, so they have to consider trading for a new QB or drafting Mariota. Bortles has looked far worse than Carr and Bridgewater
