two ways to get linman draft them start them as rookiees and suffer for the first year or two (ie eugene Monroe remeber he was labled bust after rookiee season) or pay Expreinced good lineman lots of money caldwell went with option 1 so now you have some roookies and 2 yer guys starting next year look to them to be more improved.
