I just don't understand why this happens to us. Refs no call the hit on Hurns, then calls the bs penalty allowing them to eventually score that TD. #becausejaguars in full effect now

That was probably a good PI from Shorts, he could have made a play on that ball had shorts not wrapped him up like he did.
