Isn't that crazy? People can tout how well our defense has played this year, yet we have this uncanny knack to make backup caliber QB's look great. It is mind boggling.

You have a point in wanting a more consistent conventional offense, but Bill Cowher often called trick plays and it usually broke the back of the other team. I have no problem using them if they work.

 

Trick plays are great as a supplement to your offense... keep the defense always on their toes.

 

When the ONLY thing that works all game long is a trick play, it's very upsetting.
