I'm not gonna argue about it because you'll turn it in to a 20 page debate.

Good choice, because there is no argument. The end got handled. But I digress. I don't come here for the football acumen of the board.

Little surprised to see Snoop's son go to UCLA. Thought he was a Trojan.

You'd like to see the OL maintain his balance there but it looks like a running play drill in which case if the lane is between the LT and LG he opened up a nice hole for the RB. I don't think he got handled but the DE is out of the play by the time the RB hits the hole

And if the DE was told to maintain outside leverage, he won. If the DE was told to 2-gap, he was lined up wrong from the start. Personally I think the OT was told to drive the DE off the line and the DE was told to hold his ground and maintain outside leverage. The DE got driven back two steps, maintained his outside leverage, and disengaged with the OT within 1.4-1.6 seconds of the 'snap' based on my amateur stopwatch.

What's encouraging for FSU is that Sweat could make the mistake of letting the OL get in on him and with pure strength and athleticism toss him off. Both had technique issues there and I like Sweat's upside more than Ivey's, but both are great gets.

Yeah. Solid athletes that need some work.

No question you'd like to see him finish it out, but that isn't always the case on the field. A lot of times it's doing just what he did to get the job down. The little ole move at the end by the DE is him trying to redeem himself and his manhood a bit because he got beat.

UF up to 23 as the current recruiting rankings sit. Not bad from where they started. This staff can do some real damage when given a full year. Shannon is a beast.

Based on the way it looks it does look like he was strictly playing a five technique, so yes him staying in that C gap was accomplished. That doesn't mean anything when you get beat at the point of attack, OL head in chest, and gets his shoulders turned completely to the ball when all was said and done.

No idea. He's been a troll throughout his recruitment, so it wouldn't surprise me.

To have his signing so early, then not send his LOI in...seems like a way to keep his name out there, bumping everyone else out of the headlines.
