Little surprised to see Snoop's son go to UCLA. Thought he was a Trojan.

 

Snoop's son would probably get eaten alive in the hood that's located around the perimeter of USC (Huntington Park).

 

UCLA is clean and pristine and located in the rich section of town (Bel-Air).

On the radio they said his dad sent a text to some Scout reporter that he was not refusing to sign the LOI.

I agree, but in this case the kid wants to go to UF to stay close to his family and his dad is trying to stop it.

 

Do you really need both parents to sign off on this?  I would imagine only one guardians signature would be enough.
