It's a guesstimate, they haven't said what will be be other than "varialble." The new beltway around Orlando costs about $10 to go approx. 20 miles, so I'd figure something similar to $.50 - $1.00 per mile on daily average.

You might be right. The article I read said that the tolls would continue from 295 on to the 9B extension. It looks like the DOT website is saying that they won't, so I'm not sure who to believe now.

The tolls will be on 295, not 9B. These type lanes are in cities like Miami, LA, DC. The thinking that people will pay more to save time. They are called Lexus Lanes in some areas. I still doubt that they will be used that much as the traffic in these spots of 295 is pretty much confined to an hour or two a day,

 

Having just driven in LA, I can tell you the lanes there are useful even on weekends. Here...not so much.
