Bortles Expectation? Will Joeckel be better? And if Blackmon returns?
|
I do hope that Justin Blackmon is able to get his life together and recover from alcohol addiction. I also really hope this tweet is not from Vegas as that is not where a recovering alcoholic needs to be hanging out!
Having said that I hope JB is able to get his life together, I harbor no expectation that he will be of any value (beyond a trade maybe?) to the Jaguars. The franchise has moved on from him for a reason.
I y'ams who I y'ams and thats all I y'ams...

And the guy in the picture is like 6'4 so justin looks short around him.

Wouldn't it be legit if he joined this message board and let us know how he was doing. (or is that against league rules as well)
I'm sure we would give him all kinds of support.
Why does he not apply for his reinstatement? AP and Hardy are getting answers within I week I hear.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

I don't think there is such a thing as a dumb question, but your question confirms that there are indeed many inquisitive idiots around! The man has been kicked out and banned by the NFL for his substance abuse which has cost him millions of dollars. Hanging out in casinos... an environment that encourages drinking (among other things)... is not a place a recovering addict needs to be around. He is going to have to deal with this addiction for the rest of his life so he doesn't need to hang out at places that are going to make the temptation worse, especially around 'spring break' time; that's like throwing gas on a fire! I hope that was just ice tea in his glass.
I y'ams who I y'ams and thats all I y'ams...
Quote:Joeckel can add 15-20 pounds of lean mass to himself, but the chances of that making him a better lineman would be slim. His frame, in my opinion, isn't the problem. He needs to instill a nasty streak instead, and that's mental.. In one off season?! OK buddy. A person new to working out in general would be lucky to add 20 pounds in a full year. He's looking at a couple pounds in a year at most. Again, of lean muscle, not "weight"
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
