Jacksonville Jaguars Vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (race for the #1 overall pick)

Quote:They showed they are way more talented than us. They can beat ATL and STL easy.

They lost their game in Atlanta, so the second Falcons game may not be easy at all. I really don't care what the scores are as long as the Buccaneers win.

Quote:I don't understand if we BOTH lose out how is Tampa in the drivers seat, thought it was a coin flip if both teams finish with same record.

Where were you hiding when everybody was talking about the strength of schedule tiebreaker? The coin flip is for teams that have the same SOS.

No, if both teams went 0-16, strength of schedule, or oppnents combined win loss record, decides who is worse. Right now, Tampa has the weaker schedule, so they would get the #1 pick. The coin flip only occurs if strength of schedule is identical.

Of course, that applies no matter what our record is as long as Tampa Bay has the same number of losses.

There obviously is something else nobody ever talks about that breaks draft order ties because last year the Jets and Titans had the same record and SOS, but no coin flip was necessary. Why not?

ah haven't been keeping up with everything this season, I've been in and out, didn't think about the SOS before.

If the Bucs play a weak team next week I'd bet they win

Not necessarily. The Falcons beat them without Julio Jones or Roddy White. There is only one other win on Atlanta's record.

On the flip side, the Buccaneers almost beat the second-best team in the NFC. Go figure.

Look at how Glennon played today. If he knew where he was on the field on that scramble he would've won that game.

If Glennon has a few big games and leads the Bucs to a few wins, they might not even take Bridgewater.

RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

What scramble? Are you sure it was not the play caller's fault or just Seattle having a very good defense?

I went to the Buccaneers board after Wiseman posted a link to it. Everyboldy wants Jadaveon Clowney.

The final offensive possession for the Bucs before OT, Glennon took off and had a clear shot at picking up the first down on third down and he mysteriously jetted towards the sideline rather than running forward.

The official Buccaneers website board. People there want Tampa Bay to pick Clowney in the first and a quarterback in the second.

Without saying the H word, I don't want Clowney either.

Good thing you don't post on TBayBucs. Those guys are so stupid they were talking about trading up from a 20-something pick (one person even said 32) despite the obvious fact Tampa Bay sucks.

"The H word."
