Quote:No, but i dont consider 40+ points even in the realm of possibility
But, i thought we had to win by at least 10?

Quote:to those people... yes.... we must win by double digits...

year 3 of the rebuild...

with a QB with 16 starts under his belt....

and a slew of guys that can't stay healthy....

How can you have any faith that we can put up 40? I doubt we can put up 28

What's wrong with wanting to abuse the fact that the Colts BEST weapon isn't playing? Are you honestly comfortable with beating Hasselbeck by a FG and questioning whether or not we could still pull off the win if Luck WAS playing? The Colts, Titans, and Texans would abuse us and probably blow us out if Henne was playing instead of Bortles. This is a grand opportunity to beat a division rival convincingly and gain some momentum.

Yeah. We could win 2-0 and I'd be okay with that.

Things are never as good as they seem, but they're also never as bad as they seem.

Let's just put the NE game to rest.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

If that's how you feel, good for you man.

I think differently and expect more from this football team after years of disappointment.

We've won, what, 9 games in the past 3 season combined and now we're demanding a blow out? Please, time for a reality check!

I know, right?! Lol!

The same guy demanding a blowout (more than 10 point victory) is the same guy that keeps saying how bad the Jags are.

So,, the Jags are still a bad team and not "built", but that same bad team should blowout a n other one this week?

Huh? Which one is it?

Lol

lol, expect whatever you want. Maybe you don't realize how foolish you sound complaining about a possible win at Indianapolis.

I keep saying I don't expect a blowout. I want the team to abuse the fact that Luck isn't playing and prove they can take advantage of certain situations like this.

I want to see where this team is and if they're able to win the division.

There is a whole lot of some bi-polar going on up in here.

Why is it foolish? Is it wrong I want to see the team have a nice convincing win against a struggling Colts team with no Luck? It'd be nice to win by 10 points instead of a point against Hasselbeck. I'm happy with any win we can get, but I just want to see the team take advantage of things like this. It shows we are improving and will punish teams for not having their star players.

Winning is great. I'm happy with any type of win, but i'd like to see the Jags take advantage of an opportunity like this and make the Colts struggle. It'd prove we are headed in the right direction and teams can't beat down the Jags with their old back-ups... Like previous years.

To Quote Herman Edwards and the great Al Davis

"You play to win the game"

"Just win baby"

I could care less what the score is, win the game and improve on that, if we win 2-0 that means the defense played great and the offense needs work, if we win 41-40 means the offense played great and the defense needs more work, either way one side of the ball was dominate.

we have to build a winning tradition again, worrying about winning big at this point makes no sense

Sure. It''d be nice to win by 30 instead of a point over anyone. But this is a franchise that has won 10 games since 2012. Not time to get picky about how much they win by.
