If you believe what is coming out this morning, he isn't going to be charged. But I take "sources" reports with a grain of salt.

The detective warned of this. Deleting the social media can be looked at two ways. In this case, it's suggestive looking enough it was an attempt to erase the accuser's on-campus lifestyle.

 

This day late, dollar short vehemence coupled with that crystal-clear indifference in the evidence discredits the claim. The never gathered evidence other than DNA from girl, and her toxicology, they never contacted the DA office, as is protocol. I'm not saying he did it, but TPD has not properly handled this case
