Jameis Winston and 1 Year Old Open Sexual Assault

Quote:Don't make a snap judgment on the police. It's your biased opinion that the police didn't handle it right.

You have a dog in this race.
After reading everything about the case, do you honestly believe they did everything to properly handle the investigation? If your answer is yes, I'd stake you have a dog in this race. Less than 8% of reported rapes are false accusations, so excuse me if I'm inclined to believe that she isn't making this whole thing up.

Bias has nothing to do with it. I don't want tOSU in the NC if this is what it takes for them to get there, as ive already stated here.

What ever happens next week...case dropped, or he's charged with something, the TBD did absolutely nothing to help either one of these kids out!!

If Winston really didn't do it, it's always gonna be hanging over his head that he got away with something because the police covered it up, and if she wasn't lying then they covered up something for the sake of football. Sad either way!

The TPD has had 11 months to work on a case that seems like could be wrapped in a matter of days. What was holding them up for so damn long??

You lack one thing...the accuser called the shots. She decided to lie. People are digging right now to try to understand why she lied. In the end it will relate to the accuser's decisions on life-style, lack of moral compass, and toxic relationships.

She lied and thought she got away with it.

Combination

In Criminal Law, an agreement between two or more people to act jointly for an unlawful purpose; a conspiracy.

A Gator-infested media illegal combination right here in northeast Florida. Film at 11.

You're completely wrong and simply trying to justify the Gator-infested media attack on Florida State.

A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.

They even planned out rolling the city manager's office. Sure that relates to the poor, poor victim.

Maybe I'm behind the ball on this one, but what exactly did she lie about?

And how do you know she lied about anything? Because you want her to have lied?

You don't really believe that do you? Somehow its a conspiracy, because you know, that more likely than her having actually been raped? Wow. Just, wow.

Is that you, Urban or just nervous your new head coach has all this Hernandez baggage to account for?

You have no idea what you are talking about. Stop the pious act, or tell all of us exactly what you want us to think?

The cat drag you in, eh?

Here's some bullet points

• Hernandez was a heavy user of angel dust, and had become so paranoid over the last year that he carried a gun wherever he went.

• He surrounded himself with a cohort of gangsters, and cut himself off from his family and teammates.

• Hernandez had so infuriated his head coach, Bill Belichick, with missed practices and thug-life stunts, that he was one misstep from being cut.

• Both his parents, Dennis and Terri, had criminal records, as did much of his extended family.

• Terri allegedly cheated on Dennis before his death with a violent drug dealer named Jeffrey Cummings, then married Cummings after Dennis died and moved him into the house she shared with Aaron.

In college his coach (then-University of Florida head coach Urban Meyer) may have helped cover up failed drug tests, along with two violent incidents — an assault and a drive-by shootout outside a local bar.

Now, we are getting somewhere.

Binky promises to pay all the millions he helped get for Gators draft busts back to Wayne.

Orlando Sentinel columnist Mike Bianchi is already disliked by a lot of college football fans for his controversial columns. Now add controversial tweets to that.

Binky cares about the accuser. He really does. Honest.

We still don't know if the TPD did try to cover it up.  That is coming from the accuser.  I'm not saying they didn't, I have no idea, but we should wait until we get more information before coming to any conclusions.

As far as the bold goes, TPD said they tried contacting her for 2 months and they weren't able to reach her.  They said she didn't pursue the charges.  The accusers attorney is saying that isn't true.  But it would explain why we have had a lapse.

No one in the public has enough information to come to any conclusion right now.  We have no idea if she was raped or not.

Has the public not learned anything after the Duke rape case?
