How would Leonard Floyd be worse than Alualu? lol

Alualu was projected a 2nd round prospect, Floyd is in the 10-15 range and would fit fairly well in this defense. He definitely shouldn't be the pick at 5 but that is not a good comparison, at all.

Yeah I don't get that either. Floyd is going to be a lot better than Alualu..

Floyd is more of a boom/bust pick than Alualu imo.

Without a doubt.. I just think he's going to impact the game for a team more than Alualu has ever done for us.

Yeah, and his boom is a great player. There's risk but that comes with everyone, Floyd a little more so.

Like I said, everyone could bust. There's plenty of "safe players" that have busted hard just like that. Aaron Curry comes to mind.

I've seen people comp him to Dion Jordan, but I honestly don't see that as a bad thing. I still say Dion could have been something if he didn't have the major drug and work ethic issues.

Someone comped like Dion with a head that's screwed on right and a typical NFL work ethic could be a darn good player.

When I think of passing up Bosa or Jack or Ramsey for Floyd, that to me is worse than the Alualu pick. Not the player but the pick itself.

I know JPP and Earl were on the board but coming out, they were not the prospect that the big 3 are for us.

Well, your just being unreasonable there. Floyd is seen by nearly everyone has a top 10-15 player in this draft and a good fit in this defense like I mentioned before if you're seriously comparing him to taking McCallister than there's no point in even talking about it any further.

You're just acting like if we take Bosa it's some guarantee that he's going to be a good player when it's fairly obvious it just isn't.

Floyd has the upside to be a top end pick, but he's more risky than the guys that will go top 5 so he won't.

Floyd from a talent perspective is he behind them but not WAY behind, all depends if he can be developed. People have been clamoring for Lawson and saying they wouldn't mind him...well Floyd is in the same range as he is without shoulder questions.

Just playing the other side here. He won't be the pick, but he is talented and is a good fit in this defense with pretty nice potential pending on his work ethic and if he goes to a team where he actually fits.

Wouldn't hate it so much if it weren't for the fact that he is about to be 24 years old.
