Nortman looks the part.  The numerous flags..not so much.  This team isn't going to do much if penalties continue to pop up.  If Bradley can't clean up the team's flag problem, he's out of here.  We pretty much have all the talent we need, now we just need a good dose of discipline, something that Bradley has trouble administering.
