Colvin probably didn't see him drop the ball so oh well it was a penalty, but that tackle false started for sure.

If ramsey is on Evans he doesnt come down with that pass. The Bucs are garbage.

That was a good pass and got away with a slight push off at the end. Either way we're going to give up scores doing dumb penalties and not pressuring the throws.
