Notable Cuts
|
Niners cut Lemonier. I liked him at Auburn. Raiders cut Lotouleli. Could always bring him back.

At that rate though I think I'd rather take Ryan Davis or Tripp back

I see Davis Tull was included in the Saints final cuts. I know he was a guy that me and a few others were high on in the 2015 draft as a potential OTTO candidate. With Ryan Davis getting cut I could possibly envision some interest from Caldwell.
Here's an article on him that was written n March for those who don't know much about him: http://bigeasybeliever.com/2016/03/19/fo...l-in-2016/

Along with the obvious Mark Sanchez cut the Broncos also released Ronnie Hillman, who was #3 on the depth chart after they drafted DeVante Booker out of Utah.
Quote:No thanks to Talib. Don't worry about it. John Elway denied an ESPN report that is he open to trading one of his best CBs. Quote:Don't worry about it. John Elway denied an ESPN report that is he open to trading one of his best CBs. Because NFL GMs always tell the truth.

Quote:OLineman called Willie Beavers Both Willie Beavers and the German kid would greatly benefit from a development league. Quote:Dee Milliner expected to be cut That's what happened in the form of the dreaded Injured/ Waivers designation. Injuries continue to plague Dee Milliner. Quote:How do you know that? Quote: Both Willie Beavers and the German kid would greatly benefit from a development league. A developmental league for the NFL is far over due. It would open the door to players to get some experience and even for non collegiate players to have a real shot.

Quote:I remember people here thought he was gonna be a big deal after watching his 8th grade highlights. I remember people here thought Kelvin Taylor will not be drafted and should have stayed in school. Quote:The German kid? His name is Moritz Boeringer and he was their sixth round pick. Quote:Aquib Talib on the trading block. Hope the Colts don't look at him... I was surprised someone reported this and am waiting for something official. Just a scrolling bottom line on TV is the only thing I ever saw about it and ESPN often makes stuff up. It is obviously not true if no NFL Insiders or other credible sources back up the story and John Elway denies an ESPN report. It was not told by a well-known guy whose job is to know everything about the NFL. Quote:Arthur Brown was cut. Think he does better in a 4-3. Rode the bench in Baltimore. Winner Quote:Winner Good call. I also like that Seattle picked up Jordan Tripp today. Jacksonville-West may have a pretty good squad this year. :woot: |
