Donald knew the construction companies he stiffed would eventually go bankrupt without being able to collect from him because of the size and scope of the work. Legalized stealing.


This system of not paying showed don how to get rid of his own debts while collecting millions as salary - and then bankrupting his own companies. Then he would simply start another company. He mastered gaming the bankruptcy system.


Ethics. Oh, you can say it's smart business, but it's not "good" business.
