He employs minorities around the country.  He has several women and minorities in key leadership roles within his company, including a woman running some of his largest construction projects, and a black female running his base of operations in New York. 

 

To think he doesn't care about minorities because the media has told you that's true is laughable.  He has probably done more for minorities as a businessman than Hillary has done in 3 decades of leaching off the taxpayers.

No, this is what Donald Trump fails to see. He lumps together all members of minority demographics - the blacks, the women, the Muslims, the disabled, etc. And by using "the" in front of those words, he really is distancing himself from them (according to several linguists at major universities).
