Anti-Trump protesters line the streets in Chicago and New York

#41

Quote:  For what it's worth,  the popular vote in this Presidential election is days,  maybe even weeks from being decided.   The popular vote difference was around 200,000 earlier today.   That's a relatively small margin,  considering that many votes having been counted yet.

So there is a chance everybody is wrong and Clinton win?

No.   That would be statistically impossible.

Quote:The election is over. It's no longer about Clinton. It's about a country that is as divided as it has ever been. Its about the fact this country absolutely is full of hate and vitriol. I get the sense that President-Elect Donald Trump doesn't get it, nor do his supporters. Nope it's all ha ha and spit in your face. How do you see that ending?

...and all that "hate and vitriol" was not present until Donald started his run for President?  Only supporters of Trump fail to understand there is a huge division in this country?

You are talking out your [BLEEP] and making comical, one-sided statements that are either unfounded or unqualified.  Google "Divider-in-Chief" and see what name pops up.

It's posts like this that make me wish I would have voted for Trump.

What, exactly, are all these people protesting anyway?

Democracy?  The will of the people of the USA?

Were there people protesting in the street like this when either Bush or Obama were elected?

Maybe California should leave the union.  Then they could live in their own utopian state where there are no penalties for crimes and no one has to work for a living,  People could choose their own definitions of themselves as well.  If they feel like an Irish Setter, then they can get a driver's license that lists their race as "Canine - Setter" and qualify for all the perks that come with it.  Illegal immigrants & LGBT faithful would have assigned seating riding a perfect, politically correct wave the entire time, as long as the wave doesn't offend anybody.  No guns or hunting allowed.  No fishing either, because fish have feelings too.  Vegetarian diets for all, and pass the peanut butter, please.  All drugs made legal, because if it feels good, do it.  Amirite?

Why in the hell do Republican people think that because someone is more left were all deadbeats with no aspirations or jobs? It boggles the mind.

Why do far left types think anyone right of center is a religious, racist, uneducated, toothless redneck?

Stop lying and saying something that was never said. Your as bad as Trump is.

I never claimed it started with Donald's campaign. But guess what? He won. The loser of the election is irrelevant. They don't have to do anything as they are not in charge. But Donald does.

He can continue to divide this country or he can stop. Newsflash! He doesn't have anywhere near the majority support and it won't take much at all to neuter his abilities in 2018.

It reminds me of the 16 individuals that said they will be leaving the United States because Donald Trump won the election.   They can't leave soon enough!

Nobody on the far left thinks just because someone is on the far right he or she is a racist or uneducated. On this forum, the opposite is happening - conservatives saying the same things about liberals.

These people are what's wrong with America.

Be constructive and forward thinking, truly progressive.

Not destructive and regressive.

Approach any thinking person with violence instead of ideas, and you will be rejected.
