My problem with the ACA is not the law itself, but loopholes in it. Mom was forced to change insurance plans because of a major retirement system restructure (not going into the details about that). Unfortunately the ACA lacks the protection she needed to assure I can keep taking the same meds at affordable prices. The mail order drug company told Mom these exact words: ". . . fell into the doughnut hole." The ACA replacement needs a section that closes that doughnut hole.

Yes, I'm not sure what PreX she's worried about, disability covers most everything and CMS isn't discussing that coverage at all. But she is pretty ummm...narrow minded? So who knows.
