The party that's against a voter ID believes that voter fraud happened?

 

I wonder if there's a way that could help prevent voter fraud. Anyone know?

 

Fingerprint and/or retina technology. If Disney can do it, I'm pretty sure the states could figure it out. They scan your magic band, err drivers license, then ask for your finger print.
