Week 14 Games Of Interest

#81

Quote:I think that would be a pretty good game.

Michigan's defense would give FSU a serious challenge. FSU's offense would have a tough time. Michigan's offense is not near as strong as their own defense (although they still are pretty good). FSU's defense would probably be a tough matcup for them.

I'd pick Michigan to win. But, it wouldn't surprise me to see a really good game and even a FSU victory.

Agreed. I think it would be a good game. I don't think we'd blow Michigan out by any means, unless we had a bunch of turnovers go our way or Dalvin went off, but I think they are certainly beatable.

Quote:Difficult to determine IMO. All 3 teams are 1 and 1 in a round robin format. Two of those teams lost an additional game compared to the 3rd team. One of those two loss teams lost to two teams in their conference. With all of that said I can't wait to see how this all shakes out. Can you imagine the chaos should both Clemson and Washington both manage to lose?

I concur it's so tough to know but I was just offering my thought. I think all 3 teams are good teams and could beat each other (as they have) if they played right now.

It does make this weekend exciting to see how it all unfolds. If Clemson and or Washington lose it will get interesting.

Quote:They certainly can. Michigan isn't Alabama. FSU is starting to finally hit their stride. I think our defensive ends would give Speight fits.

Unfortunately the Pacific 12 CCG was a 45-10 blowout. It will be hard for the CFP committee to keep Washington out.

This Cowboys/Sooners game is pretty good so far.

UGH! Something went very wrong with my cable box so I can't watch the SEC Championship right now. If it does not reset in 15 minutes I have to miss the whole game.  Wallbash

Never mind, it's fine now.

If I'm Bama, this game cant end quickly enough.  Racking up lots of injuries.  Maybe they should consider throwing in all backups in the second half.

Lots of injuries? Only two players had to leave the game.

I'm surprised they've even played many starters for a lot of the game. They're gonna be really sorry if they get any more injuries.

If this game could be compared to an NFL game, then Bama would be a team in week 17 that has already clinched a playoff bye and has no need for playing any starters to risk injury before a playoff game.

But, it's not. So, they better hope no one gets really hurt before the important games start in the playoffs.

You don't know what you are talking about. This is the SEC Championship Game. No team will rest its starters for that.

When the game is this lopsided, they are idiots to keep their starters in this long.

The injuries occurred before it became a blowout.
