Yeah, Irsay has more wins than Khan simply because of one person on his team. If it weren't for lucking out and getting Peyton Manning Irsay would have wallowed in mediocrity.
Let's not act like Irsay built juggernauts around Peyton Manning. If he actually put elite teams around Manning they would have had many more than one Super Bowl.
