Mike Williams at the Chargers I wasn't expecting that, I thought they'd have gone Hooker or Lattimore.Interesting pick.

Quote:4Nette's ankle will run your [BAD WORD REMOVED] over to say the least. Forgive me Mods. TC was just quoted as saying the ankle injury was basic and it's not a concern going forward. Quote:The guy had one ankle injury last year, thats it, people wanted Cook, he has had 3 shoulder injuries plus other nagging injuries, McCaffray had an injury last year too. So, So True. NH3...

Would rather have had Adams, and in such a deep RB draft I don't see the value philosophically, but at least the kid should be a stud. I assume Tom and Dave know better than I do. Let's hope so.
Caldwell just said his ankle is fine, I have a feeling he knows more than we do in regards to Fournettes medical history

I predict that we trade back into the 1st round and grab an offensive lineman, crossing my fingers for Forrest Lamp.

@profootballdoc Leonard Fournette ankle should hold up for now but may need future ankle surgery. @ryanohalloran @mike_e_kaye @ryan https://t.co/8zoltRa7yz

McCaffery to Panthers makes sense. I honestly didn't like McCaffery in our system. We need the guy who can pound it for a few yards, and McCaffery is more finesse, a la LeSean McCoy.
Quote:Probably a "fell in love" pick and not a board/BAP pick.Agreed. Great pick by the Panthers with McCaffrey. |
