No more excuses DEDE West Brook a secondary's nightmare!

Westbrook is the type of WR that gives a QB confidence throwing downfield, and Blake is they type of QB that's far more productive when he's confident throwing downfield.
No doubt he's fast. Coughlin said 4.4 in regard to Westbrook's 40-time, but he ran a 4.34 and a 4.38 at his pro day. You have to watch his highlights... <p style="margin-left:40px;">https://youtu.be/M0xQn4PbtQY

My only concern with him will be durability. He is really small for an nfl wr. With the way rules are today I think he'll be ok if he doesn't pull a Lee and always have some soft tissue injury. Otherwise the sky is the limit with this guy.

It does sound like he had a bit of a Marquiz Lee type of situation at Oklahoma with minor injuries keeping him off the field. He'd have probably blown away the stat books if he never got hurt.

If he keeps his head on straight, he could be amazing for us. Does sound like we may move on from ARob or Lee after this year though. Which I'll still say as I always have, if we move on from one of the 3 (ARob, Hurns, Lee) it should be Hurns.
I'm pretty happy with this draft pick. Westbrook is an upgrade over Greene/Yeldon. Plus it adds another body to camp for competition. If he gets the blocks, he'll be running all over the field.

He knows it.If he does strikeout then Baker Mayfield oki's qb looked very good in dede's highlights. Quote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0xQn4PbtQY More highlights of Westbrook. I believe can be a dangerous weapon for us. WOW, a true dynamic playmaker in the middle of the field. In the slot, he is going to be amazing at taking the FS out of the equation and freeing up Arob, Hurns and Lee to make more one on one catches.
He was his baby mamma's nightmare there for a little while. Hopefully, he will be the one in his family that breaks/has broken the chain of committing abuse and violence. All the while while racking up copious amounts of yards for us. I hope the best for him. Admittedly for selfish reasons.
Looking to troll? Don't bother, we supply our own.
When I saw him play this year for OU(girlfriend is a fan, I'm not), he stood out! The defense would focus on him and he would still get open and score. He reminds me a lot of John Brown from the Cardinals. Fast and lethal. He's got really good vision and hands, the type of guy you get the ball to fast and let him work.
You either die as a good poster, or live long enough to become the troll.

For those concerned about his frame, just look at Sean Jackson, who has a similar frame and similar speed and note that he is playing his 10th season for the Buc's this season after playing for both the Eagles and the Redskins.
I think DeDe Westbrook could be the Jags version of Sean Jackson and that will be very good for the Jags. |
