I've just got a small brace that I wear over my sock and inside of my shoe. I can put as much weight on it as I want, but still need to use the crutches for possibly three or four weeks. I can drive whenever I feel comfortable doing so. He said I'd know when I don't need the crutches and when I can drive. Physical therapy starts Wednesday. Feels really weird with weight on my foot again. Looks like I should be ready for the hike into the stadium on game days. Oh you can see the atrophy in the right calf. There's no tone to it. I'm sure that will be part of the physical therapy.

Or in my case, weightlifters name Jared. It wasn't horrible. It wasn't fun either. After the first few appointments it should be better. My right leg is so sore right now. But it's not the injury per say. It's all of the other muscles in the leg that I haven't been using because of the injury, that are so sore. I'm actually having trouble doing my second round of exercises (at home). Supposed to do them three times a day. (06-10-2019, 07:13 AM)Rico Wrote: On my way to JOI for my followup. I hope they give me the OK to starting to put weight on my foot. I've had enough of this [BLEEP] already. Every time I read or hear about JOI, I giggle. I watch too much porn.

Even through the anonymity of he internet, there are some things I just wouldn’t admit. Having said that, what do you know about BDSM. The Boston Department of Sanitation Maintenance?

Wish I know what the hell was going on with me...... I've had the worst cases of insomnia for 2-3 weeks now. I can't freaking sleep at night. I'm basically OK during the day but I feel like I'm just going through the motions It's 1:47AM now and I'm wide awake

Caffeine might be a factor, as well. |
