What happened to Tajh Boyd?
|
Quote:I remember before the season started it seemed like him and Teddy were 1a and 1b From the sound of things, apparently Boyd mastered the art of the five-yard bomb. The most vivid memory of the five-yard bomb specialist I have is former University of Miami QB Gino Torretta. Was credited with winning two national championships and a Heisman Trophy. All he did was throw a forward pass three yards and watch track guys like Wesley Carroll, Lamar Thomas, or Horace Copeland jet away. Somebody took a shot at drafting Gino, but he never took a regular season snap in the NFL, if I recall it well.
First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win. - Mahatma Gandhi
