I agree with all of this. Henne will never be great, but he is a big upgrade from the Bortles we saw last season and this pre-season. Anyone who watched the game on Thursday has to have seen this. Henne should have been 9 for 10 with 2 touchdowns. Just as importantly, he has the ability to go to his 2nd and third options if necessary. His teammates have much more confidence in him. If the defense and Fournette stay healthy, this team is capable of winning 8 games. If they keep Bortles, I believe the cap is 6 and the fans will rebel. The $19 million they can save by cutting him can then be used to extend the contract of Telvin Smith or Robinson.
