My 2 cents, which is worth nothing. I'm just a fan. I'm not as football smart as many here. To me a 4 and 12 season is no better than a 2 and 14 season. We aren't moving the win needle by much regardless. The argument to me of starting either Bortles or Henne is a moot one. We will have a losing season regardless. I say start the kid, see what he does. Maybe he'll do well, if not, back to Henne. Cut Bortles before the 19 mill hit then look for a QB either in the draft or in free agency if a decent one comes available. Obviously, Bortles is a psychological drag on the team. If you keep playing him I think you can do lasting damage to the mental fitness of the team as a whole, not to mention the fan base. I think at this time any obvious change will be met as a positive indicating the management of the team is working on trying something new.
