If this were year 2 I see your point, but there isn't enough time to get back on track and justify keeping him around for 19M.

You can't teach confidence obviously, and with a backup breathing down his neck with no job security, it doesn't help matters.

I was all in on Bortles, but he is toast IMO.

I guess we are going to have to respectfully agree to disagree. There are plenty of great sports psychologists that he could see in the local jacksonville area.
