The Seahawks adding a lineman of Richardson's caliber makes them more formidable. They haven't been quite as potent recently, but still good.

Absolutely. The Jets wanted to get rid of Sheldon Richardson partly because of his locker room issues and had been looking to trade him since last season. It certainly did not help SR that he had a statistical down year as well, but in Seattle I expect him to rebound with much better coaches and teammates.
