The man is like 6'4" 270 and fleeing a crime scene after first contact. In any case, by his own admission, the gun was not "pointed to his head." It was in the hand of one of the officers while they were cuffing him. According to Bennett, it was near his head. If you watch the video the officers tactical light was the only thing near his head and that officer was 10 foot away. The actual arresting/detaining officer would have been in the line of fire had the weapon been pointing at Bennett's head. It cracks me up when people assume cops are going to go into chaos and detain with pleasantries like, please, thank you, are the cuffs comfortable, can I put a soft pad on the ground for you, etc.

His long letter was crap and seeking attention becasue of his status and his political motives.
